
Our spacious, full service clubhouse is the perfect choice for your business meeting, banquet reception, holiday party, luncheon, dinner party, or virtually any other special event! Our friendly, courteous staff specializes in organizing all types of functions and is capable of designing an event to match any style and budget. With indoor seating up to 220 in our formal dining room, and additional seating of up to 60 guests in our elegant lounge overlooking our beautiful Rio Grande, we are pleased to offer you first-rate accommodations with the finest amenities. We offer spectacular photo opportunities on our golf course. Additional outdoor seating is available including an area for tents.

FACILITY RENTAL FEES
- Patio Area: $1,750
- The Roselyn Ballroom: $3,500
- Rental fees include all of the following: Tables and Chairs seating up to 220
- Assisting in Decorating, Formal set-up & clean-up services, Tablecloths & Linens
- Use of China, Glassware, Silverware and Chafers Complimentary Cake Cutting
- Beverage accommodations including Coffee, Tea, and Water Professional Staff, Bartenders, Food and Beverage Manager to assist in event planning
- A Service Charge of 20% as well as appropriate taxes will be applied to all Food & Beverage Purchases
ENTERTAINMENT
Musicians and DJs will be booked by the host in charge of the event and will be their sole responsibility. We do, however, reserve the right to control volume and content.

For tee time reservations, book online below through our website or GolfNow.com.
- Tee times can be reserved up to 6 days in advance.
- Singles, at course discretion, may be paired with an existing twosome or threesome.
- Outings are encouraged to contact us as far in advance as possible and may reserve tee times up to 6 months in advance.
- Prices are subject to change; please check online or call the shop for accurate weekday, weekend, and holiday rates.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
- Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tee time to avoid any charges.
- Cancellations made within within 24 hours of the tee time may result in a $25 cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged $25 per golfer for the reserved spot.
Golfers please call ahead during bad weather or tournaments to make sure you are good to go out on the golf course.
